Koos Richards
B.Sc. (Agric) Hons. Dip. Farm Management.
Koos is a Crop Scientist, specialising in Agricultural Development for more that
40 years. He specialises in resource planning, project viability studies, identifying agricultural activities suitable for the project regions, implementation of agricultural projects and project management.
Crop research on a range of different crops such as cassava, sugar cane, cotton,
maize, sorghum, rice, cashew nuts, subtropical fruits, guar beans, tropical crops, etc formed an integral part of his portfolio to be able to recommend the best crop programs for a
specific project. Research on garden plots and farming systems, further enhance his success in agricultural project planning and management.
Community Development always formed an integral part of successful agricultural projects.
Strategic Planning
Nic Greyling
M.Sc. (Agric); MBA; Dip. Farm Management.
Nic is also an Agricultural Scientist involved in various disciplines in agriculture for more than 20 years. Starting his career in crop research specialising in plant nutrition, he soon changed to Agricultural Development concentrating on project planning, project viability and project implementation. Lately he is involved in management of businesses and projects. Experience was obtained in various fields such as plant nutrition research, agricultural development planning and implementation, procurement, logistics and business management.
Project Implementation
Daan Prinsloo
B.Sc. (Agric); Dip. Farm Management.
Daan has been involved in Agricultural Practice for more than 35 years. He managed a number of farms as production units until recently.
Daan is a well known Animal production specialist and was intensively involved
in the betterment of the Bonsmara cattle breed. He was also involved in fat lamb
production on a commercial scale. Broiler production, egg production and piggery forms an integral part of Daan's
agricultural experience. Agricultural project implementation and
management are his forte, specialising in both animal husbandry and cash crop management. Lately he is involved in the marketing of farms and farmland, gaining experience in structuring ownership models of agricultural land.

Mr Andre Bakker
B-Com Business Economics
Andre has been involved in financial planning and management on agricultural and other projects. Andre has more than 20 years experience in enterprise development with turn-around strategies and business advice. While with the University of Potchefstroom’s Small Business Advisory Bureau, he advised for 8 years business and industrialist with business analysis and turnaround strategies. Andre was heading the project division within Trade and Investment Limpopo for 12 years with the responsibility to attract new investment towards Limpopo in the four main sectors namely Mining, Agriculture, Tourism and Manufacturing sectors. During this time the division facilitates investment of more than R5 billion.
Dr. Peter Novellie
D.Sc in Zoology
Peter qualified as Zoologist at the University of Pretoria and joins the South African Nature Conservation organisation that was responsible for the planning, development and management of Nature Conservation Parks in South Africa. He has vast experience in this subject and is reckoned as a world leader in his field. He was the author and co-author of various scientific and popular publications on this subject.

Bespro irrigation is an irrigation company doing irrigation planning and installation of irrigation systems.
Herman Bosua and Associates
Herman Bosua and Associates is an engineering company supplying all agricultural engineering aspects to agricultural projects.
Skills Development
TThe team will be involved in the training of personnel appointed from the communities, the training of skilled labour in the management of the projects and training of the project labour force.
Each project will have a mentor appointed to that specific project to ensure the project is managed in accordance to the approved plan and
budget. This will ensure the transfer of the necessary skills to the personnel appointed from the community.
Managerially projects will be serviced by Group Africa Agric although mentors will be appointed. Budget control will be done by the management company.
Service Providers
The management team, as part of their operating policies, believe that the success of development and agricultural projects does not only rest with the skills within the team, but relies and is dependant on the experience and expertise of additional service providers to plan and implement approved projects. We therefore utilise additional contractors and companies to plan and assist with day-to-day tasks, but will still manage and hold total accountability and responsibility within the management team.
